Aumann´s wines reflect the climatic advantages of region including hot springs, the wonderful grounds and the influence of the continental climate just as with perfection as the enormous ability relating to crafts and purify intuitive feeling of the winegrower. For Aumann the terroir, the connection between climate, ground and landscape, the cooperation of an infinite number of factors, creates the actual character of the wines. In order to lend to it its greatest possible expression, the winegrower pays attention to a strict restriction of yield and the receipt of the life in the ground. Each detail is of importance for Leopold Aumann, because he is convinced that there are perhaps smallest details, which finally separate the usual from the special one. " |
