The contemporary and easy-drinking style of Undurraga varietal wines combines impeccably with food and most social occasions to deliver maximum delight from the first ti the last glass. The wine was made with selected Carménère grapes grown in Chile's Central Valley.
It has an intense violet colour and displays exuberant fruit aromas and a dominant varietal character. On the palate, ripe tannins make it soft and round.
Vinfication
Reception: The grapes were harvest in 500 kilo bins. One de-stemmed th grapes were arefully crushed.
Fermentation: The process tokk place in stainless steel vats, at temperatures ranging between 28° and 30°C for a day period. It was then left ti macerate for four additional days, in order to extract ist verital features.
