Our Parola's label represents the best parcels of fruit in the best years, with the wines being thick, luxurious and showing great varietal characters. The ripe fruit characters of blackcurrant and pipe tobacco are balanced by long firm tannins and great oak structure. Aged for 10 months in brand new French and American puncheons. All from our own Rutherglen vineyard No wimpy green Cabernet here!

| Wijngoed informatie | "Warrabilla Wines was established in 1991 by Andrew Sutherland Smith.Andrew is a fifth generation wine maker to Rutherglen, who's family owned the famous All Saints Winery from 1864 to 1988.He is a graduate and scholar of Charles Sturt University and has worked extensively throughout the Australian wine industry.Since 1981 he has worked for companies including Seppelts, Charles Sturt University (Ron Potter Scholar), Yellowglen, Mildara, Stanley, McWilliams and All Saints. Whilst developing Warrabilla Wines, Andrew also worked for Chambers Rosewood Winery and Fairfield. He also undertook consultancy during this time to other wineries in the North East of Victoria.Having your own winery allows you to do what all wine makers dream of - making your own styles.Our style has become our signature - vibrant fresh purple colour and good fresh fruit with plenty of alcohol, tannin and lots of oak to balance.
