A fresh grey Burgundian with low acid which dribbles around pleasantly on the palate. This wine has a full bouquet, typical for its kind, and looks vigourous and still owns a glaze. It originated from pink coloured berries which can switch into a much darker tone at harvest. The colour of the wines varies from pale-yellow to golden brown and then up to deeply amber. Aromas can be detected of almonds and fresh butter, but also some pear, dried fruit, pineapple and with ripening bananas and exotic fruits.
