Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Élaboré à partir de vins issus exclusivement du cépage chardonnay, le Ruinart Blanc de Blancs développe en bouche souplesse et rondeur. Très harmonieux, la luminosité de sa très belle robe or pâle est mise en valeur par l?élégance de son flacon transparent.

COMPOSITION
Assemblage 100 % Chardonnay de différentes années
(base récolte 2000 avec environ 25 % de vins de réserve des 2 années précédentes).


DESCRIPTIF
Aspect Visuel
Très belle couleur jaune doré pâle avec de légers reflets verts. Très belle brillance et luminosité.
Une mousse importante avec un gros cordon tenace et un dégagement persistant.


Olfactif
Un premier nez d`une bonne intensité. Des notes de fruits frais, en particulier d?agrumes mûrs.
Un deuxième nez très fin et floral à notes de fleurs blanches et de fruits blancs (pêche blanche).


Gustatif
Une attaque en bouche souple, harmonieuse, beaucoup de rondeur. Une vinosité sans excès, supportée par une fraîcheur de bon aloi. Des notes de brugnon, et de mirabelle.
Une finale assez longue et d`intensité moyenne.
