R de Ruinart Fruit d`un savant assemblage de vins issus des cépages chardonnay et pinot noir, le "R" de Ruinart est un champagne doré, vif et fruité, à l`arôme subtil de fruits à chair blanche qui en font tant un excellent apéritif que le compagnon idéal d`un repas tout champagne. Il révélera tous ses arômes sur un plat subtil et raffiné comme des coquilles Saint-Jacques finement poêlées.

COMPOSITION
Assemblage constitué de : 40 % de Chardonnay, 60 % de Pinot Noir dont 26 % de vins de réserve.

DESCRIPTIF
Aspect Visuel
Une robe brillante et limpide de couleur jaune avec des reflets or. Belle brillance.
Effervescence soutenue, cordon très présent et bulles vives et fines.

Olfactif
Nez fin, frais et fruité. Notes de fruits à chair blanche principalement «poire», touches de fruits secs (noisette et amandes). Notes de fleurs blanches Acacia, Aubépine, Eglantine. Belle intensité olfactive, touches briochées, légèrement beurrées.

Gustatif
Attaque en bouche d`une belle vivacité.
Un vin équilibré, rond et charnu avec des arômes de fruits mûrs (reine-claude et pêche blanche).
